Scope
Fees quoted in THB for introductory consultations, written plans, or optional check-ins are covered here once you accept a written quote or invoice.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled meeting: full refund of any prepaid session fee, or free reschedule once.
- Within 48 hours: up to fifty percent of the session fee may be retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded within fourteen business days.
- No-show without notice: session fee is non-refundable.
Proposed timeframe — confirm with us before payment.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra charge.
Written plan engagements
If you cancel after work has started, fees for completed milestones (data review, draft delivery) are non-refundable. Unused portions of a fixed project fee may be refunded pro rata if cancellation is requested before the draft is issued.
Deposits
Deposits, if requested, are applied to your final invoice. Refundable portion follows the cancellation windows above.
Refund method
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer in THB within fourteen business days of approval.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is included if requested at least twenty-four hours ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee stated on your invoice.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs (licensed product applications, courier, translation) passed through at cost are non-refundable once incurred.
How to request a refund
Email info@netcluster.online with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply to your transaction.
